The Student Council Election consists of 3 rounds:

  • Round 1 – Registration (25/09 – 09/10/2024)

Students interested in running for a position on the Student Council should register their candidacy and submit a short video (under 1 minute) as a slogan to encourage other students to vote for you.

Students can register at: https://pennschool.edu.vn/Wvs2x-oW

The video must be titled using the following format: Full name – Class – Position.

Submission Deadline for the Form and Video: 09/10/2024.

  • Round 2 – Voting (14/10 – 18/10/2024)

Students vote for their preferred candidates within this designated period. During Homeroom sessions in Election Week, the Homeroom Teachers will play the campaign videos of the candidates running for Student Council. Students will then cast their votes using their personal or school-provided devices.

Voting Rules:

  • Each student can vote 1 candidate per position on the Student Council. (Students cannot vote 2 candidates for the same position).
  • Students need to vote for all 5 positions in the Student Council.

Deadline for the Voting Round: 18/10/2024.

  • Round 3 – Direct Interview with the Board of Principals (22/10 – 25/10/2024)

The winners of the election will undergo an interview with the Board of Principals to evaluate and determine key positions within the Student Council. The official results will be announced at next month’s Assembly.
