Messages to my beloved teachers
Nội dung bài viết
November is always a special month of the year, and is an opportunity for students to sincerely thank their teachers who #HomeOfTheEagles loves the most.
At PennSchool, Lam Tuyet My – VAP 7A has also received a lot of love from the teachers that she always treasures.
There is a Vietnamese quote: “If you want to go through the river, you need to build the bridge; if you want your children to learn well, you must love their teacher.” Besides family, teachers are the ones who guide and teach us to become a good person. It can be said that teachers are like boatmen, while we are like participants sitting on that boat, teachers always support and encourage students’ dreams to fly away. Therefore, to keep this tradition of “Respect the religion”, annually, Vietnam organizes a Teacher’s Day to show their respect to all teachers on November 20th.
For me, teachers are like my second fathers and mothers. Not only sharing the knowledge with students, they also accompany me during difficult times in my life. Whenever I feel tired, I always receive advice and encouragement from my teachers for every step in my learning journey. Teachers’ love is boundless, nothing can be compared. And that affection will always be the promotion to guide many students’ generation to their dreams and bright futures. To express my gratitude to my teacher, I just want to say “thank you” to all who have taught and taken care of me since I was a toddler. I will try my best to be more and more successful.
Since the first days of middle school, I have felt the love and affection from PennSchool’s teachers for me. I feel the warmth, kindness, and thoughtfulness of everyone here from the cleaners, the security guards, to all teachers. They are always friendly and help me whenever I need. At this “second home”, I can be myself, I can share my emotions with teachers, as well as students, this place is really warm like a small family. Maybe sometimes, my achievement results do not go well, but my teachers always cheer and encourage me which makes me feel more positive. In addition, teachers always respect our opinions. If any students feel difficulty, they can find any teacher to share. And certainly, the teacher almost understood their stories. That is the special thing that I have felt in each teacher after more than two years of studying here. In addition, at PennSchool, teachers always build a learning environment with many activities for students to experience in both theoretical and practical exercises, which attracts them.
PennSchool has turned an introverted student like me into an active student. During my growing up, I have accumulated for myself the knowledge that my teachers have taught me and know how to become a useful student. Each lesson that the teacher gives us is that each time we learn something good, learn how to be a good person. In November, our VAP 7A class had a very happy and warm Vietnamese Teachers’ Day. We held a small ceremony in the classroom with the participation of all teachers, in order to thank them for the teaching. Besides, we also decorated the classroom and participated in many activities on this day, like: newspaper wall decoration, performances and flower arrangement. Hopefully in the future, teachers and us will create more memories together.
Once again, I would like to sincerely thank my teachers for teaching and guiding us to become great students. I can sit here and write this article because of you.
Finally, teachers are always the best ones in the world. Without you, I certainly would not have grown up like now. And I promise that I will be hardworking and be a good student as what you taught me. On the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day on November 20th, on behalf of VAP 7A students, I would like to wish all teachers at PennSchool a lot of health, joy and success in their careers.
