Privacy Policy
1. Purpose of application
This privacy and information sharing policy (“Policy”) is intended to ensure the safety of information related to organizations and individuals participating in accessing and/or transacting on the website: https://pennschool.edu.vn (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) is owned by Pennsylvania American International School (PennSchool).
This Policy describes how PennSchool receives, aggregates, stores, uses, and protects the information of organizations and individuals participating in accessing and transacting on the Website (“Customers”). The Customer’s access to or transactions on the Website means that the Customer has read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Policy, including the revised and supplemented versions of the Policy. The revised and supplemented version of this Policy (if any) will take effect as soon as it is officially updated on the Website and without prior notice.
2. Specific policy
About information collection
When the Customer makes a transaction and/or registers to open an account at the Website, from time to time, the Customer must provide some necessary information for transaction execution and/or account registration (“Information”) Customer News”).

PennSchool is not responsible for resolving any dispute if the information provided by the Customer is incorrect or is not up to date or is forged.

Customer Information and information exchanged between the Customer and PennSchool are kept and secured by PennSchool’s system, especially Customer’s payment card information will be protected by PennSchool’s Payment Gateway partners.
PennSchool has appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorized access and use of Customer Information. PennSchool also regularly cooperates with security experts to update the latest information on network security to ensure the safety of Customer Information when Customers accesses, register to open an account, or use the Website features. When collecting data, PennSchool keeps and secures Customer Information at the server system and this Customer Information is secured by firewall systems, and other control measures.
The customer’s payment card information is protected by PennSchool’s payment gateway partners according to international standards. PennSchool does not allow third-parties to track or collect Customers’ information on the PennSchool website.
For closed accounts, PennSchool will continue to store Customer’s personal information and access for the purposes of fraud prevention, or in case of investigation or queries.
The customer absolutely must not have any acts of using tools and programs to illegally interfere with the system or change the data structure of PennSchool, as well as any other acts to spread or promote interference, sabotage or infiltrate the data on the PennSchool system, as well as acts prohibited by Vietnamese law. If PennSchool detects that the Customer has intentionally forged, cheated, distributed unauthorized information, etc., PennSchool has the right to transfer the Customer’s personal information to the necessary authorities for processing.
The use of Customer Information
PennSchool reserves the right to use the information provided by the Customer, including but not limited to the Customer Information to:
Provide services/utilities to Customers based on the needs and habits of Customers when accessing the Website.
Detecting and preventing fraudulent activities, destroying the Customer’s account or activities forging the Customer’s identity on the Website;
Contact, support, and solve problems with Customers in special cases.
Linking to other websites
Customers are responsible for protecting their account information and should not provide any information related to the account and password to access the PennSchool website on other websites except when logging in to the official address of PennSchool at https://pennschool.edu.vn
PennSchool is not responsible for problems arising when Customers access websites from other sites that do not belong to PennSchool.
Sharing Customer Information
PennSchool does not provide Customer Information to any third parties except when it is required to do so at the request of authorities, or as required by law, or when the provision of such information is necessary for PennSchool to provide services/utilities to Customers (for example, providing necessary forwarding information to shipping partner units).
In addition to the above cases, PennSchool will give specific notice to the Customer when it has to disclose Customer Information to a third party. In this case, PennSchool commits to disclose Customer Information only with the Customer’s consent.
Use of Cookies
PennSchool provides cookies or similar technologies, to collect information such as access history, choices of Customers when accessing and using the Website’s features, to enhance the experience, and to help PennSchool understand the needs and preferences of the Customer to be able to provide better services in the future.
