Goals & Objectives
The “Well-Being Workshop Series” is designed to enhance the mental and emotional health of PennSchool students. This series explores topics tailored to each age group, aiming to provide essential skills that help students build confidence in their abilities, discover their inner potential, and, in turn, cultivate respect and appropriate communication with others in their surroundings.

All students from Grade 1 to Grade 12
Agenda
– October 6 & 9, 2023: “Network Safety & Cyberbullying Awareness Workshop” aims to educate and guide students on how to use the internet responsibly and protect themselves in cyberspace. Through real-life examples, students will be provided with valuable information on how to protect their personal information, recognize online threats, and understand the impacts of cyberbullying. The workshop will also teach students practical strategies to stay safe in the digital world and nurture a culture of respect and empathy.
– October 9, 2023: “Self-Worth Workshop: Uncover Your True Value” encourages students to recognize their self-worth by exploring their strengths and potential. This will help them understand that each person is a unique individual, emphasizing the importance of respecting differences and embracing everyone’s distinct personalities.
– November 10, 2023: The workshop with the theme “Child Safety: Equipping Students with Self-Protection Skills” equips students with self-defense skills by providing knowledge and techniques related to personal safety. Additionally, students will learn how to balance and manage their emotions during communication with others. The workshop will also help students gain confidence in their decision-making abilities in various life situations.
