After a period of initiation and receiving support from the PennSchool community, the “Conquer the Future – Connect the Knowledge” Project – is one of the four projects under the main project “Yen Bai, For a Brighter Tomorrow” for the academic year 2023 – 2024 – was officially completed.
In the academic year 2023 – 2024, through the “Light Up the Future” Community Fund, PennSchool continues its journey to spread love to the highland areas of Son Thinh Town, Van Chan District, and Tuc Dan Commune, Tram Tau District, Yen Bai Province. These areas are among the poorest in the province. The PennSchool community has been actively contributing to a brighter future for those facing difficulties in Yen Bai through four projects: “Strengthen the Present – Create the Future,” “Conquer the Future – Connect the Knowledge,” “Community House,” and “Way to School – Way to Dreams.”
Among them, the “Conquer the Future – Connect the Knowledge” Project was completed and brought to teachers and students at Boarding Ethnic Minority Secondary & High School in Tuc Dan (located in Pa Te Hamlet, Tuc Dan Commune, Tram Tau District, Yen Bai Province) a meaningful New Year gift. This project met the digital technology needs of 989 students in 30 classes by providing 20 computers and a modern, well-equipped computer room. The new computer room is expected to be inaugurated in February 2024.
This meaningful project has created opportunities for children to access technology, confidently conquer knowledge, and build their bright future. PennSchool will regularly update progress to parents and students until the official inauguration of the information technology room for students at Boarding Ethnic Minority Secondary & High School in Tuc Dan.
As a result, the “Yen Bai, For a Brighter Tomorrow” Project has officially marked its first significant milestone after its period of implementation. The PennSchool sincerely expresses gratitude to parents and students for their companionship and support in the “Light Up the Future” Community Fund. This valuable partnership will serve as motivation for the School to continue its journey of spreading love in the academic year 2023-2024 and to bring forth more meaningful projects.
