Strengthening Friendships Within the PennSchool Community Through Engaging Activities
Nội dung bài viết
At the end of March and early April 2024, the PennSchool community welcomed summer with memorable friendship-bonding trips at The Amazing Bay and Suoi Tien Cultural Park. Furthermore, #HomeOfTheEagles has also spread the message of environmental protection through Earth Week.
In the early summer days, the #HomeOfTheEagles took a trip to The Amazing Bay and Suoi Tien Cultural Park to participate in House System activities in March with the theme “March Waves: Splash into Team Success.” Throughout the trip, the #HomeOfTheEagles immersed themselves in many exciting games to challenge their flexibility and improve their teamwork spirit. The students also participated in the music party with unique dances, enjoyed superb surfing at the artificial beach with crashing waves, and relaxed on the peaceful lazy river. The hot weather did not make the students cool down but made them more excited to immerse themselves in water games. Furthermore, the #HomeOfTheEagles also brought home many attractive rewards from team-building games and lucky draw games. The House System’s activities in March at The Amazing Bay and Suoi Tien Cultural Park have brought meaningful experiences for students to have fun, build friendships, add wonderful memories on their youth journey, and share moments of laughter with their friends and teachers.
In addition to helping students preserve the brilliant moments of their academic years, PennSchool also created opportunities for students to improve their knowledge and awareness of environmental protection through Earth Week on April 25 and 26, 2024. With the theme “Go Green, Save the World: United for Change,” the #HomeOfTheEagles unanimously “greened” the schoolyard with simple but no less personal and meaningful green outfits. Accordingly, each green shirt worn to school stands as a call for positive action to protect our green – clean – beautiful environment, as well as to raise community concern for the environment. At the same time, the students’ action serves as a testament to their interest in finding effective solutions to reduce pollution, save energy, and use resources sustainably.
Thus, #HomeOfTheEagles had the opportunity to strengthen friendships and join hands to spread meaningful messages through dynamic activities. Certainly, the activities of the House System in March and Earth Week have left lasting impressions and many useful lessons on each student’s journey to adulthood.
