A meaningful International Day of Peace with Home Of The Eagles

September 21 every year is chosen as the International Day of Peace to spread meaningful messages and toward an equal and happy world. With the theme “Build up love, we gain peace – Build love, receive peace”, #HomeOfTheEagles had the opportunity to learn about this special day, as well as express their love for Peace by wearing blue shirts to school together on September 21.
The blue color and the symbol of the dove spread the wish for a world without war from #HomeOfTheEagles. Participating in activities on this day and wearing a blue shirt to school is also #HomeOfTheEagles’ response to World Peace Day.
Students also wrote beautiful and humane stories together, arranged beautiful paper cranes, and joined together to sing and dance to convey very meaningful messages and the sacredness of Peace Day to everyone. For each blue/white shirt to school, WASS will contribute 10,000 VND to the “Light up the future” fund.
Peace is the “destination” of a long journey, requiring the understanding and cooperation of everyone in the world. Through these days’ experiential activities, the school wishes to build a love of peace and encourage students to show that love together through practical actions.
