Professional Development Week in the academic year 2022-2023 has officially taken place to improve professional skills and ensure teaching quality in the new school year.
The training session was conducted with the participation of teachers of all grades, an opportunity for teachers to grasp innovations in teaching methods and student management as well as an opportunity for teachers to interact and share their teaching experiences.
During the training session, the teachers worked together to make a detailed plan of experiential activities for the students in the new school year. Creative and practical ideas have been given by the teachers to create lively practical learning sessions for the students.
The PD training session is also an opportunity for teachers at campuses to meet, exchange, and share their teaching experiences. Thereby, further improving the spirit of solidarity, skills as well as the pedagogy of each individual in the PennSchool community.
Professional Development training program with the goal of fully equipping integrated thinking and teaching methods, helping teachers improve teaching capacity and ability to analyze situations, and understand students’ difficulties in the learning process, thereby supporting them throughout the upcoming 2022-2023 school year.
