Peace Day – Actions for Peace
Goals & Objectives
International Day of Peace (IDP), also known as World Peace Day, is observed globally on September 21st each year. Under the theme “Actions for Peace,” PennSchool organizes various meaningful activities on Peace Day to help students strengthen their ideals of peace, encouraging them to take action for justice, live harmoniously with friends, and contribute to maintaining and developing a safe and healthy learning environment. One practical action to participate in this event is for the PennSchool community to collectively wear blue attire to school. For each piece of blue attire, a donation of 10,000 VND will be contributed to PennSchool’s “Light Up the Future” Community Fund. Consequently, the School will utilize the “Light Up the Future” Community Fund to support community projects throughout the academic year 2023-2024.
Participants
Over 1.000 students.
