Parents may choose a school for their children because of its learning environment, educational programs, or modern classroom facilities. However, what truly inspires parents to continue placing their trust in and partnering with a school over the years often comes from their children’s simple, everyday experiences – where parents can feel the care and understanding their children receive, and find peace of mind knowing that they are learning and growing.

For the family of Nguyen Phuc An and Nguyen Phuc Thien, this peace of mind has been nurtured through five years of being part of the PennSchool community. Their parents shared: “Our family has always trusted PennSchool and chosen it because we believe it is a reliable educational environment where we can entrust our children. At PennSchool, all the teachers are very dedicated and genuinely care about teaching and guiding our children. This includes classroom teachers, who always follow our children’s progress closely, stay in contact with us, and regularly share updates, as well as the Admissions staff, who provide extremely thoughtful support with any issues that arise in our daily lives.

Phuc An and Phuc Thien have allergies, so our family often needs to send food from home. Sometimes, we also need to arrange transportation for the children to go home on their own. Throughout the past five years, Ms. Huyen from the Admissions Department has always provided our family with exceptionally thoughtful support. The school supervisors and security guards also greet our children warmly every day when they arrive at school. One small thing I particularly appreciate about PennSchool is that the teachers and security guards always cheerfully remind our children to say goodbye to their parents when they are dropped off or picked up. This shows that kindness is not only taught through classroom lessons but also nurtured by the school through small gestures and the way everyone treats one another in their daily interactions.”

Through these simple stories, we can feel the warmth and connection that Phuc An and Phuc Thien’s family have built with PennSchool over five years of being part of our community. Sometimes, peace of mind does not come from grand gestures, but is built through the support families receive when they need it, a friendly greeting each morning, and the small acts of care woven into everyday school life. “Our family has always felt that choosing PennSchool was absolutely the right decision. Although the school is about 7 – 8 km away from our home, we believe it is well worth the distance to entrust our two children to PennSchool because of the quality of education, learning environment, teachers, and all the staff members, who are truly wonderful.
