For a meaningful summer

Another school year has ended which is a signature of a wonderful summer coming. With #Houseofeagles, summer is not only the time for relaxing or traveling with family, but also a meaningful time for discovering and getting experiences. 

This summer is more meaningful because the pandemic has ended and we are in a new normal. Many interesting activities are waiting for #Houseofeagles to discover.

With Kim Min Joo Class B4B, she chooses to experience her summer by participating in summer activities at school.

“Finally the summer is coming, and we will have another interesting summer. What will you do during the summer vacation? With me, I will join summer clubs to learn more about technology, music, MC, … organized by my school. Going to school every day is my interest because I can meet my friends, teachers and also experience more skills and knowledge.”

Besides attending the summer camp, many students plan to travel with their family.

“Of course my family decided to have a trip together. I can go to many places, including going to the beach or climbing mountains. These trips will help us to have the best time together. I hope the summer goes by slowly, so I can have more time to keep this wonderful time.”

Nguyen Minh Anh – B5A

Like Minh Anh, Minh Minh – class B5B also has a plan to travel with her family: “Well this year , it’s gonna be crazier. My mother and I had been planning to go to Japan , even though the pandemic is still out there. It’s gonna be epic . We will join a tour full of tourists and visit many sightseeing spots around the city , eating sushi and staying in the best hotel . We will also go to Da Nang to visit an even bigger waterpark than last year pretty soon . But for now , I have joined some summer clubs in school like quiz and trivia , played games with my family , and eaten treats to keep myself busy . Cause my mom is in Singapore right now for a business trip so i have to have fun at home but it was still fun.”

Besides spending time studying and traveling during the summer holiday, Minh Minh Class B5B also has a plan to prepare for the new school year. 

“I also go shopping from time to time to get myself prepared for the next school year. I buy some new school stuff to get ready for the school year and also do tests and exercise every day to keep my brain fit.”

There are many useful activities in the summer which give students more positive energy. However, whatever you do, don’t forget to keep your health and prepare for the upcoming school year.
