After-school
activities
After-school activities encompass a diverse range of engaging and educational opportunities that students can participate in outside of regular school hours. These activities provide a platform for students to explore their interests, develop new skills, and form lasting friendships.
After-school activities include Clubs, Talent Squads, Tutoring classes and Field trips. Overall, after-school activities offer a well-rounded education that extends beyond traditional classroom learning, fostering personal growth, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of various subjects and talents.
Clubs
Clubs offer a chance for students to come together around shared hobbies and passions. Students can choose from a variety of Clubs, from technology and debate clubs to art or chess clubs, and so on. Each club provides a space for students to discover their potential, collaborate and learn from one another.
Talent Squads
The Talent Squads are where students with talents in areas such as music, sports, and technology gather to receive systematic training from industry-leading experts. They shine on stages and excel in major competitions both within and outside the school.
Students can choose to participate in one of the eight Talent Squads each academic year.
Supplementary Classes
With the aim of ensuring teaching quality and providing optimal support for students, PennSchool offers diverse supplementary classes tailored to each grade level and the supportive needs of students. The tutoring program is designed for students who are facing challenges in grasping classroom lessons or for those who plan to enhance their academic knowledge. It helps students best prepare for their academic paths.
Field trips
Field trips are an exciting aspect of after-school activities, during which students explore real-world environments relevant to their studies outside the classroom. These trips could include visits to museums, historical sites, nature reserves, or businesses, providing students with hands-on learning experiences that complement their academic curriculum.
Spirit Day
Spirit Day is a series of traditional events organized throughout the academic year at PennSchool. In those activities, students wear themed costumes to spread meaningful messages and express their feelings on global issues.
