The Opening Ceremony 2022-2023

The Opening Ceremony for 2022-2023 school year was organized on August 06th with the participation of all PennSchool’s teachers, students and parents. 

PennSchool’s educational journey has officially entered its third year. The school year 2022 – 2023 will be an explosive year with the efforts of the PennSchool community.

The goal of the new school year is to inherit the core values, while continuing to innovate and constantly improve to create an inspiring learning environment. The new school year will be an explosive school year with many interesting experiences waiting for all students, so that they have the opportunity to unleash their passion, develop their potential and be confident to demonstrate their bravery and leadership. This is also the theme of this academic year: “Go, Eagles! Dare to be leaders”.

The opening ceremony was organized successfully, and the PennSchool community had the opportunity to connect with each other and spread the meaningful message of the school year through many interesting activities during this event. Impressive performances, activities and food booths created joyful memories for families participating in this event. In particular, the exhibition is also a highlight, attracting students and parents to admire the artworks made by themselves during the past school year.

The previous academic year has passed however The achievements that students have achieved are worthy of recognition, especially in the extremely special circumstances of the previous school year. To honor students who had outstanding academic achievements, Principal Awards have been given to affirm their efforts as well as encourage them to try their best in the new school year.

The drum was beat by Mr. Timothy Nelson – Vice Principal of the school and a special led drum in the ceremony signaled the new school year with many new achievements. And his speech is also his expectations for a successful new school year:

“The world is changing rapidly and requires knowledgeable, creative thinkers who can adapt to a variety of situations. At PennSchool we hope to create a culture of student empowerment so that when they leave us they are ready to be leaders in a variety of fields and industries.

Quality education should consist of a driving motive to enrich a person’s utility, self-worth, and cultural awareness. PennSchool accomplishes this with its caring faculty and staff, aligned systems to drive academic achievement, and a wide array of extracurricular activities.

For some of you, this will be the culminating chapter in secondary education, and your last year attending PennSchool, make it your best year yet. For others, we are welcoming you to our school system for the first time. Regardless of how long you’ve been here or how long you’ve got left, you are all part of the PennSchool family and my door is open to all of you when you are in need. I’m looking forward to an excellent school year with all of you. Go Eagles!”

The opening ceremony was a great success and the PennSchool community had the opportunity to connect with each other and spread the meaningful message of this school year.
