TEDxTalk is an event that brings exceptional speakers together with the goal of sharing their interesting personal perspectives and viewpoints with the community on various topics, including education, business, science, technology, and creativity.
After the success of the previous TEDxYouth event in the 2021-2022 academic year with the theme “The New Uses of Technology in Education: Innovation and Flexibility,” TEDxYouth@PennSchool will return this school year with three new topics:
- Self-realization & personal growth
- Technological advancement
- Innovation in education
This contest consists of two rounds: the school round and the final round. It is open to students in Grades 1-12 and is divided into four groups:
- Grades 1 – 2
- Grades 3 – 5
- Grades 6 – 8
- Grades 9 – 12
After registering, students at #HomeOfTheEagles will participate in a kick-off meeting and advisory meetings to prepare for each round. The Board of Directors will score and select the top three students from each group to advance to the final round.
The contest will provide a valuable academic platform for students to learn and improve their presentation skills. Don’t forget to register, select your favorite topic, and prepare to participate in TEDxYouth@PennSchool 2023!
